Worry Wart

You let out a snarl as you would charge the seadweller. He just fucked up majorly attacking both you and your new morail. You take the the spear out of your arm and hold it in hand as you charge. You were impressed with the moves she had, did she have some sort of training? As the seadweller was distracted by her you took the spear he had throne into your arm and press the wooden part up against his neck as you start dragging him backwards out of the water. He would have an advantage there, as it was he was pissing you more off with the absurdly long nails he was digging into your hands. You decide to get his attention more by cutting off his air supply completely with the wood as you dragged him onto the sand. Your face was a snarl as you did so. Seadwellers were no joke in strength. You're just counting your stars that Ducita must have done something to his lower body with that hit of hers.

You watch as Aarsuh drags the seadweller away from the water. It's only when the water washes over your feet do you realize how close you were to the shoreline. You quickly scramble from the water only to have a pain in your hip. You grasp your side to try and locate the exact source. You almost forgot about the slice you just got from the sea dweller. As you limp closer to Aarush and the troll he is currently suffocating you become slowly aware of that fact that he isn't aware of your blood color. You are torn between not caring at all and hiding. If he is like other purple-bloods he'll want to use your blood as.....you get queasy simply trying to address the thought.

You uncaptchalogue a roll of bandages and press them to your side to try and quell the bleeding. It will probably stop soon enough, but he's going to see it regardless. You wonder what happened to that adrenaline you had earlier.

There would be a sicking crack as Aarush would twist the spear violently and brake the seadwellers neck, ending his life.

How bad did you get it?

The first thing on your mind was that she got hurt. To hell with her blood color. You pick her right up and start walking with her up the beach. You wouldn't hear anything about putting her down. You could hear your heart in your ears. You were shaking a bit, you couldn't lose another quad so quickly. You wouldn't even be aware you were cursing to your self about being careless.

After Aarush kills the seadweller you exhale with relief. That was one problem taken care of and now you just had to deal with your blood color. As Aarush walks towards you you start to panic, you panic even more when he picks you up. You are too high off the ground! At first you just panicked because you were scared. You can't even struggle because it hurts like hell.

I-it's n0t t00 bad. Y0u d0n't have to carry me. I'll 9et bl00d all 0ver y0u....Aarush...

You look at his face and he looks pretty determined to keep doing what he is currently doing. He even looks a bit angry...you hope he isn't mad at you. You notice his arm that had gotten injured and turn your attention to that.

Aarush y0ur arm. Y0u need t0 banda9e it at least.

It's fine... You're hurt.

That is all you can manage. You are angery at your self not her, you tighten your grip a little bit. The best way to describe it was that you were clutching her in a panicked carry/hug. Once you get far enough from the sea you set her back down. You don't flinch away from her blood color or let yourself look surprised, you just pay attention to treating the wound. You aren't much good at this, but sweeps of living alone has let you pick up on a few things.

You let out a sigh of relief. It wasn't too bad.

Just needs a wrap on it...

Your hands are still shaking, making it hard for you to cut the bandage that you had uncapataloged. The gaping wound in your arm didn't make it any better.

It isn't fine! Nothing can get done with the two of you hurt! When he puts you down you separate the soiled bandages from the ones that aren't too dirty. Once you do that you force yourself onto your knees and reach over and hastily bandage his arm. It isn't your best work, but you are in a complicated situation and you can take as much time as you want to help him or he may refuse the bandage all together.

Aarush relax. It's just a little slice. Yes, it's deep, but it w0n't kill me. Y0u need t0 st0p shakin9 if y0u're 90in9 t0 assist me.

You take your staff and use it to pull yourself to your feet. It's a slow process, but it is accomplished. All the while the mantras of 'it's not that bad' and 'it doesn't hurt' are coursing through your head. You give him a quick smile before return to your determined expression.

You seriously don't know long you could stand here.

You position yourself so that she could lean up against you if she needed to. You take a few breaths to calm yourself. You didn't like this. It was deep, did it need stitches?

Oh to gloyb with my arm... I'm fine...

You grumble to your self as she would wrap it. You slowly get in control of your self so that you could help her. You take a bit of ointment from your 'dex.

This is gonna sting... but It'll clean it.

Who knows what those fishfucks had on their weapons. It would more then just sting the ointment, it would BURN the synthesized compounds would stop the bleeding but make the nerves scream as the cleaning part of it would kill any bacteria and infection. Aarush would quickly wrap a bandage around it placing his hand on-top of the wound to help dull the burn of the medicine with the cool heat of his hand.

Sting? Great now you're probably going to suppress screams into awkward little shrieks until the feeling passes. You brace yourself for the sting.

...THIS STUFF BURNS! You try your best to stop any cries of pain from escaping your throat, but in return tears start to well in your eyes. You don't even noticed if they fall for you are busy trying not to yell out in pain. You hold your breath and try to wait for the pain to pass.

It helps when Aarush puts on the bandage and applies pressure to it. Instead of straight hellfire there was a slight soothing feeling. Only slight. You choke out a quiet chuckle because your moirail is a liar.

You smile at Aarush showing him that you are okay. You really don't like it when others worry about you. You hope he isn't bothered by the fact that you pretty much disregarded all his wishes to fix his arms.

You can't help but to chuckle a little.

It makes it worse if you think about it...

You pay attention to wrapping her bandage. You had noticed the odd color of her blood it was all over your shirt after all. You still didn't care. You added a few more wraps so that none of her blood would leak threw, it made the bandage a bit bulky but it hid her hue. You take off your shirt, carefully. If any highblood sees her blood on you it wouldn't take long for it to escalate if he was the caste-ist type. You turn it into a bandage for your own arm after squeezing more of that burning ointment into your own wound and undoing the bandage Ducita had warped hurriedly around it. You are just keeping moving right now, focusing on the task at hand as you re-wrap your arm.

You nervously look around the beach to check for any other hostile sea dwellers. You weren't in the proper state for anymore strifing, Aarush was probably good. You could simply be more careful, but that isn't like you. It's either strife or no strife, all in or out no halfwaying it. You can't just leave Aarush to fight alone, no matter how much he would rather have you sit out. You notice him getting rid of any traces of your blood color and you sigh in relief and smile. So he gets it, for a second there you thought he was just going to parade the color around like a trophy.  

You are getting really antsy here. Your fear is starting to return and you don't want to be here anymore. You keep on guard duty though and try to keep your urge to tell Aarush to hurry up. He needed to do this correctly since he doesn't get infected with some strange sea disease. You probably already helped enough with your terrible wound wrapping skills.

As soon as your wound is wrapped up, you have your club in that hand and you scoop up Ducita again. You weren't about to let her walk yet, especially threw the rough underbrush that was on the shore. You uncapatalog your GPS, thank gloyb you remembered about it and hit the option that said 'YOUR HIVE IDIOT.' Okay, from the shore it was a bit of a walk but there was something else pinging away on the GPS that read 'DON'T FORGET YOUR BIKE.' Duh... how stupid would you have to be forget your jet bike.

So Sis... How are you with heights?

You ask her as you start quickly into the brush then down the shore to where you had left it.

You wish he would stop picking you up. You think you would be able to walk if you were given the chance. If this keeps up you're not going to be able to walk anymore. Okay, maybe that was an exaggeration, but still the main point stands. You aren't walking.

Aarush starts heading through the brush back to the shore. That seems very counterproductive. You peek at his GPS in a way that totally isn't a rude breach of privacy and smirk at the memo. Well that answers that.

You are sort of surprised by his question. I'm n0t t00 b0thered by them. I have charted s0me...Why?

You walk the few feet in silence not wanting to ruin the surprise. You pull the camouflaged cover off and there it was. A state of the art, straight from the Fleet, Jet Bike. Bright dangerous red covered most of it the accents were in the dark purple of your blood caste and silver. It looked large enough to sit two trolls of Aarush's size. You set your Morail down and start looking over your bike. You could never forget this. You suck at technology but THIS was not technology. You run your thumb over the pad next to the right grip and it would roar into life as you get on. You hold out your arm for Ducita to grab so you can help her on.

You would've gotten slightly annoyed by Aarush not answering your question, but the surprised was revealed shortly afterwards. He reveals a very nice, expensive looking, jet bike. Your mouth is a gap with surprise and astonishment. You could only imagine having enough money to get one of those and Aarush is letting you ride on it! You are about as excited as you've ever been! You grab Aarush's arm, eager to get on the vehicle.

You use your hand to measure the top of her horns in comparison to yourself, teasing her a little bit about her height. You know you are just tall. You were tall, your lusus was tall, and you'd found proof that your ancestor was a borderline giant so tall ran in the family. You hand her a helmet, there were long open sides in it that were adjustable for all sort of troll's horns. You just place a mask over your face that kept wind and dust and such out of your eyes. It was your Ansestor's mask, the moment you placed it on the green lights behind the lenses shone. You dim those a bit, they were a tad too bright for normal driving.

Get that helmet on sis... and hang on tight.

You gun the engine and after a few yards on the ground, ripping threw the underbrush, you turn the bike away from the trees and up into the air. You take an an arm and hold on to Ducita for the take off. Sometimes trolls passed out from the high forces against them during the take off.

Your eyes light up with excitement from the possibility of you getting one. Where would you even store it? You live in a freaking marsh jungle! He would even make sure it was the right size for you....now you're being teased. You push his hand away and stick your tongue out at him in a very mature manner. You take the helmet and gently put it on to avoid hitting your horns. You also have to stop to fit it over your ears properly. It's hard to hear out of this thing.

The mask Aarush puts on looks...very scary. You aren't going to let him know that... You try your best to find a decent grip to keep yourself stable on this thing, but your certain it will prove to be useless since you have no clue how fast this thing will go. Aarush puts an arm around it actually makes you feel a lot more secure. Just thinking about how fast this thing will go makes your fearful, but you wanted to try and enjoy, especially if he was serious about getting you one.

Yes. Because you could right out tell her you pretty much inherited your Ancestor's connections to Her Royal Fishy-ness yourself. You aren't quite sure how you are gonna explain your job to your new Morail, but you know right now it was better if you two just get to your hive as fast as you could.

The sun would be just starting to show it's light on the horizon when you reach your hive. It wasn't entirely your fault the late time, the GPS had ran out of charge mid-flight and you had to find the charger in one of the compartments on the bike. Note to self, don't park over deep sea in a sky-whale migration path. Having to do sudden evasion maneuvers was not fun, at least to you. You have no clue if Ducita enjoyed that sudden roller coaster ride.

You pull into the entrance of your hive, the large cave mouth in the mountains. Slowing your speed you would guide the bike in and shut off the engine letting it just coast inside the rocky crevice. You hop off the bike after the engines have cooled letting the jets slowly stop to land the bike. You would help Ducita off.

Errr... I shoulda asked if you wanted to go to your hive first... Shit... Sorry sis.

You kick yourself at your lack of foresight. You should have asked her if she wanted to go to her hive, what if she wasn't quite that comfortable around you yet? You didn't want to make things difficult for her.

You had often entertained the idea of flying. Having a bird's eye view of the scenery would do wonders on your maps. This would be a perfect time for you to get a taste of that feeling. The force and pressure of the ride prove otherwise however. You enjoyed some of the ride even if tears were literally being dragged for your eye sockets. Things quickly got unbearable, as you aren't used to this sort of movement. You had to stay awake though! Your pride and curiosity had to remain intact!

You do happen to stay awake. Although you aren't sure if you be able to remember whatever that was that just happened. You felt very disoriented and nauseous right now. It's a good thing the bike is stopping now, you don't know if you would've been able to hold on anymore. You pull of your helmet without any sense of caution, knocking your glasses off in consequence. Your need for air is more important than your need to see or hear right now.

The feelings don't go away...you feel yourself slipping and you have no reason to make yourself stay awake any longer. Aarush would take care of you...hopefully...you are way too trusting. You don't know what you're currently leaning against, but you fall asleep regardless. You suddenly regret your ability to be stubbornly resilient.

You catch her quickly and take her inside. You make her comfortable on the couch. You go and quickly to place a wet cloth on her head. You also go back into your respite block and get a clean shirt for her for when she wakes up, it would be mega huge on her, but it was better to hide the blood that was on her clothes from the cut as well as the bandage. You weren't about to undress her however, not the thing to do with a new 'rail. If her life had been in danger, probably. As it was it was probably a good idea to get some smelling salts. Did you have any? You went to go search in your kitchen... they were salt right?
